In 2023 our son Hopolang Mayike attended a school in Bloemfontein, doing grade R ,unfortunately in February meeting was held and Decision of authorities was that he was not fit for normal school, we moved him to another school for children with learning disabilities with consultation of doctors and therapist ,what a long terrifying journey, and same year mid November 2023 he was expelled, he didn’t know how to socialize, how to speak and how to interact. We later took a decision to enroll him at Ezekiel Christian school closer to home and moved him to Botshabelo, then this boy met his new teacher, with so much patience, a mother, she identified problems with him and sat with us to work hand in hand with school to make his life better, instilled Christian values, and change began. This young boy started making friends with same values that are instilled in him, he started speaking, he started interacting and socializing. He is now in grade 1 with a new teacher, who continues with the same principles the school stands by, one-on-one meeting arranged to track the process, the performance and all the time, always positive feedback. In February, at one of these one-on-one meeting with parents, teacher said by June this boy will know how to read fluently, and he does read fluently. To the community of Ezekiel Christian school from the bottom of our hearts, may the good Lord give you strength to spread the same love, dedication, devotion to shaping young heroes with so much passion, you proved to us that our son does not have autism nor ADHD, you proved to us that teachers go beyond teaching lessons but parenting our kids and for that, thank you. The Doctor gets shocked every time he sees him, like he’s a completely different person, and without you we wouldn’t have done it. We nearly misdiagnosed him and all we needed was some Patience. Therefore, we urge the parents in nearby places of you want a school that’s more like a home, with Christian values, great education content, love and discipline, Ezekiel is the great place to be, look no further.

Moving our son back to Ezekiel Christian School for Grade 10 in 2024 was the best decision for his future. We are delighted to share our heartfelt appreciation for the incredible role Ezekiel Christian School has played in shaping our son's academic, social, personal and mostly Faith in God. My son has developed into a bold, confident, kind, a leader, public speaker, devoted and independent young man. As a parent to my boys and also a professional pedagogical practitioner, choosing the right school for my boys was one of the most important decisions I had to make. Honestly, I can confidently say that enrolling them at Ezekiel Christian School was the best decisions I ever made. Educators are approachable and helpful at any given time of the day / night, it can be school work or a personal need, they are just willing to assist and support parents in any way they can, ensuring that all gaps are closed so as to offer best education to their learners. My boys are privileged to receive quality education from the school with its curriculum that is a step above as compared to what most learners are offered at other schools (I learn a lot of learning methods from them at their young age and assist my older learners at my school). The school encourages critical thinking, creativity and learners love learning. I have also seen noticeable growth in their confidence, when they do their school work on their own and they have good communication skills. Ezekiel Christian School will forever remain outstanding to my family due to its strong foundation in Christian values, the school does not only teach about faith but also model it (they lead by example: my boys will never go to bed without saying The Lord’s prayer.
